Sunday Morning Services
9:15 AM. The style of music is traditional with organ music.
Saturday Night Worship
5:00 PM has a contemporary style of music. Most of the hymns are upbeat and played on a keyboard.
Tuning In To Our Faith
Youth Ensemble Bell Choir
Children in 3rd through 8th grade who have an interest in music. This builds skills in music and prepares the children to someday join the adult ringing choir. This handbell choir performs once a month and the style of music is geared for the service.
If you are between Kindergarten and Eighth Grade, love to sing, and want to learn some awesome songs that praise God, we have an opportunity for you! Julie Kennedy, Karen Brandau and Evonne Michel are ready to teach those beloved Bible songs to anyone interested in learning. Kids meet in the youth lounge, Room #7 from 9:00 -9:30 am, on Sunday mornings. (Sept- May)
Zion’ Praise Choir consists of members from High School age and older. No special talent required, just the willingness to use your musical gifts. The Praise Choir prepares special offertory music in a wide variety of styles for Saturday worship services. The choir sings once a month. They rehearse on Thursdays at 6:30 pm We also welcome musicians with instrumental skills who can offer their musical gifts to enhance the worship experience. We’ve had trumpet, saxophone, clarinet, violin, flute, bass – to mention just a few.
There is one adult Handbell Choir for those in High School through adult. This group requires some basic knowledge of music. They perform once a month at different church services.
